Out with the old (board) …

… and in with the new (board).

For the record, that is one of my most despised clichés of all time. But I couldn’t think of anything any more clever (probably the same excuse by many a headline writer).

But your new CMA board officially took office Oct. 26 at the National College Media Convention in Washington, D.C. Inducted were new President Ken Rosenauer, of Missouri Western State College, new Vice President Vince Filak, of Ball State University, Vice President of Member Services Laura York (appointed for a second term), of Garden City Community College, and new Treasurer Annette Forbes of Iowa State University. Remaining in office for another year is Secretary David Levy, of Wright College. And yours truly (Lance Speere, for those of you scoring at home) slides comfortably into the role of Immediate Past President.
